NOTE* Suspension bridge is under repair until January (main waterfall inaccessible), but the rest of the park and hiking trails are still open. My favourite place in Vancouver! The trail begins with a beautiful suspension bridge over a waterfall and canyon system that will make your heart soar! This leads to a vast trail network of varying difficulty, there is something for everyone here! The park is set within a temperate rainforest full of lush plants, large conifer trees, waterfalls, and crystal clear pools. On hot summer days, there is even a spot to take a dip in the water, a natural cold plunge as this water is glacially fed. Finish with a hot tea at the cafe located right in the park! All the while, learn about the natural secrets and wonders this place has to offer. This trip usually takes 3-4 hours, including the drive, but has the option to be longer for the keen explorer.
